We receive fresh milk daily from our cow. We can make yoghurt, butter and ghee from cow milk.
How to make Organic ghee in Amrit Kunja Farm?
The curd collects in the wooden pot called theki (Cylindrical shaped body with a narrow neck) and inserted the madaani (Combination of Saro, Pora, Neti, and torso) inside the theki. The Neti (a rope) wraps around the madaani and is used to churn until butter separates from the curd. Then, the butter is taken out and collected, while churned milk (Mohi) is left in the Theki. Finally we heat the butter and make ghee. If volunteers are interested, they can make their own to enjoy.
